Malo Mlačevo is a village to the south of Grosuplje in central Slovenia. The area is part of the historical region of Lower Carniola. The Grosuplje municipality is now included in the Central Slovenia statistical region.[2]

A small roadisde chapel in the setllement was built in the 1st quarter of the 20th century.[3]
